Any contract for locksmith services is between the Customer and the Service Provider, and not the Company.

While we endeavor to provide Customers with access to reputable Service Providers, we make no guarantees, warranties, or representations about the skills, qualifications, or quality of work provided by the Service Providers. We do not endorse or recommend any specific Service Provider.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

The Company does not set or control the prices quoted or charged by the Service Providers. Pricing for locksmith services is provided by the Service Providers and may vary based on a variety of factors. Payment for locksmith services is made directly to the Service Providers.

6. WEBSITE CONTENT

The Company"s website may feature listings of local locksmith companies and/or individual locksmiths who provide services in the area, or have provided services in the area. These listings are intended for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by the Company.

Please note that the presence of a locksmith company or individual on our website does not guarantee that the Service Provider assigned to you will be one of those individuals, or be an individual from one of the listed companies. The Service Provider assigned to your request may not currently be featured on our website.

The locksmith companies and individuals highlighted on our website represent a sample of entities that we have worked with, currently work with, or intend to work with in the future. However, the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or completeness of these listings. The listings may become outdated or may not reflect the current roster of Service Providers we work with.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Company accepts no liability or responsibility for any damage, injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind resulting from the use of our service or any service provided by the Service Providers.
